The Journey of Bluestem & Barnwood
Transitioning from teacher to stay-at-home mom was not an easy leap for me. I taught middle and high school science and worried about “wasting” all of my education and career development. In the end it was the absolute best thing for me and my mental health. I now get to devote my time to my kids and my creative outlets!
My Passion
I strive to inspire others with my DIY projects and tutorials. Throughout our renovations and homemaking, I had to learn a lot on my own, often through blogs like this! I’m hoping I can fill in some gaps for others in the same position.
